Text messages are not active yet. We send no texts until the 10DLC registration of Pintastic Media LLC (PhonesThatRing.com / ClientesQueLlaman.com) is approved.
What we send
New-customer alerts (informational): one per customer call, with the caller's number and the time. Offers (promotional): information about our customer-lead service, up to 4 per month. This program is only for contractors and business owners; we do not text the homeowners who call.
How consent is given
Only in writing on our website: the contractor enters their own mobile number, checks the box (unchecked by default) at https://phonesthatring.com/en/signup (in Spanish, https://clientesquellaman.com/registro) or on our contractor offer form, and submits the form. The box reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Pintastic Media LLC (PhonesThatRing.com) at the mobile number I entered above: new-customer alerts (one per customer call) and offers for its customer-lead service (up to 4 per month). These messages may be sent using an automated system. My consent is not a condition of buying any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. You cannot sign up by texting (for example YES or SÍ) or by pressing a key during a call. Without that consent we don't text you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We keep the date, the time and the exact text you agreed to.
Frequency and costs
Alerts: one per customer call, so the number varies. Offers: up to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP (or CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT) at any time to stop receiving messages; we'll confirm once and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@phonesthatring.com.
